The Shop Foreman will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and excellent customer service. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, including managing technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Supervision

Supervise and coordinate the activities of service technicians.
Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in both technical work and customer service.
Train and mentor technicians.

Operational Management

Schedule and assign work to technicians, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and within established timelines.
Maintain an organized and safe shop environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
Ensure that customer service standards are met by overseeing the quality of repairs.

Technical Expertise

Perform hands-on repair and maintenance work as needed, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to provide the best service possible.

Requirements

Experience with Prevost coaches and/or Prevost motorhome conversion companies
Background in managing technicians and shop operations.
Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management.
Knowledge of tooling/equipment, repair processes, and diagnostic tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work collaboratively
