 The Shop Foreman will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality repairs, and excellent customer service. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, including managing technicians.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of service technicians.
• Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in both technical work and customer service.
• Train and mentor technicians.

• Schedule and assign work to technicians, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and within established timelines.
• Maintain an organized and safe shop environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
• Ensure that customer service standards are met by overseeing the quality of repairs.

• Perform hands-on repair and maintenance work as needed, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to provide the best service possible.

• Experience with Prevost coaches and/or Prevost motorhome conversion companies
• Background in managing technicians and shop operations.
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management.
• Knowledge of tooling/equipment, repair processes, and diagnostic tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
